FOOTBALL – AL Keralawi FC emerged as champions of the third Olympian T Abdul Rahman Ever Rolling Trophy Football Tournament 2026, organised by Kozhikode Jilla Pravasi Forum (KPF) Bahrain.
The tournament, held at Al Ahli Club in Mahooz, brought together eight football teams in a celebration of sporting excellence, teamwork, and community spirit.
After successfully progressing through the preliminary rounds and semi-finals, Keralawi secured the title by defeating GSB FC in a thrilling penalty shootout in the final.
The tournament was officially inaugurated by Northern Governorate investment development head Esam Isa Alkhayyat, while a number of distinguished guests were on hand.
Along with the trophies for the winning teams, a number of individual awards were also handed out to the tournament’s top performers. GSB’s Anand was named best goalkeeper, GSB’s Fayas was best defender, Marina FC’s Shafeeq was the top scorer with three goals, and Keralawi’s Manu was selected as player of the tournament.
