Waldorf Astoria Kuwait has announced the appointment of three senior leaders as part of its strategy to enhance guest experience and strengthen its position in the luxury hospitality market.
The hotel has appointed experienced commercial leader Arseli Bedia Harput to drive revenue strategy and commercial performance.
With more than 15
years of experience across leading luxury properties including Jumeirah
Messilah Beach Hotel in Kuwait, Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London, and Bulgari
Hotel London, she brings a strong track record in revenue growth, hotel
repositioning, and high-performing team leadership.
The property has also named Haryani Ary as Director of Spa. With extensive experience across global resorts including St. Regis Jakarta, Le
Méridien Maldives,
Patina Maldives, and JW Marriott Maldives, she will oversee spa operations and
wellness programming.
Her focus will be on
delivering personalised, experience-driven wellness services aligned with
evolving luxury traveller expectations.
In addition, Kuwait-born Hind Alnahas joins the team with a background in marketing and brand communications across the hospitality and retail sectors. She previously held senior roles at Seazen Group and M.H. Alshaya Co., where she led integrated campaigns and digital initiatives. She will now oversee marketing and brand engagement for the property.
