The Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Ministry has launched the first unified remote customer service centre for municipal services to unify communication channels with beneficiaries, facilitate access to municipal services, improve the beneficiary experience and enhance service delivery efficiency.
The new service enables beneficiaries to report emergencies, enquire about licences, fees, records and addresses, track applications, submit complaints and feedback and obtain technical support for building systems and other municipal systems through a single point of contact.
It replaces the need to visit municipalities in person or contact each municipality separately according to the required service. It is available through multiple channels, including telephone, chat applications, video calls and email.
