THE Civil Service Bureau (CSB) and Beyon Solutions, a Beyon Group Subsidiary, signed a strategic agreement to implement a comprehensive digital transformation programme in human resources, the first of its kind in the region, supporting the continued development of government human resources capabilities and Bahrain’s digital transformation journey.
The agreement was signed by CSB president Shaikh Daij bin Salman Al Khalifa, and Beyon Solutions CEO Nicholas Toon.
Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) CEO Mohammed Ali Al Qaed was present.
Under the agreement, the CSB will adopt the Oracle Fusion Cloud system to develop the human resources system by providing a more integrated, efficient and digitally enabled technological environment, laying strong foundations for the future development of government services in this field.
The agreement brings together Oracle’s advanced cloud and Fusion solutions with the local expertise of Beyon Solutions in implementation, operations and cloud services.
These solutions will be operated through Beyon Solutions’ Hyper Cloud Services, a sovereign hyper-cloud platform powered by Oracle Alloy technology and managed within the kingdom, ensuring the provision of advanced cloud services that meet local requirements.
Shaikh Daij affirmed that developing the human resources system is a key pillar for enhancing the efficiency of government work and ensuring that systems and applications keep pace with the evolving requirements of the public sector, within the government’s commitment, under the leadership of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to continue developing government performance and accelerating digital transformation across various government sectors.
