The Bahrain Chamber, in partnership with the Industry and Commerce Ministry, has launched a national campaign to update member information to boost digital transformation and streamline business services.
The initiative aims to build an accurate, comprehensive database to enhance digital communication, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure circulars, initiatives, and services directly meet members’ needs.
Commercial registration (CR) holders can update their establishment details – including contact information, addresses, website details, and designated representatives – via simplified forms on the Sijilat website and the Bahrain Chamber’s self-service platform.
Industry and Commerce Ministry director in the registration directorate Bader Al Saad stated the joint campaign reflects strong co-operation to optimise digital services and ease procedures for business owners.
Bahrain Chamber client care director Fahad Al Shaer said accurate records will enable better engagement with the business community and support initiatives through a seamless digital experience. The initiative aligns with Bahrain’s wider digital transformation strategy, backed by an awareness campaign driving member participation.
