The administrative team that will be a part of Bahrain’s delegation at the 20th Asian Games held a meeting at the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) headquarters in Seef to discuss the final preparations for the multi-sport spectacle.
The gathering was led by BOC executive director of operations and Bahrain’s Chef de Mission at this year’s Asiad Ahmed Abdulghaffar, while among those in attendance were BOC secretary general office’s director Shoof Almalood and BOC Arab and international relations head Maryam Mardana.
Bahrain will be participating in the Asian Games for the 14th time.
The kingdom first competed in 1974 and have been a part of the Olympic Council of Asia spectacle in each edition since.
