The National Bureau for Revenue (NBR) announced the development of its service for submitting review requests to the Review and Grievances Section.
The service enables VAT registered persons to submit review requests to the NBR’s Review and Grievances Section concerning violations of the provisions of the Value Added Tax Law, excluding certain administrative penalties related to other procedures issued by the NBR.
The service is available through the NBR’s electronic portal.
