Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa received British Chargé d’Affaires Bahrain Simon Martin.
Shaikh Khalid highlighted the historic ties between Bahrain and the United Kingdom, emphasising the importance of advancing the partnership across various sectors, particularly development projects and infrastructure, reflecting the co-operation between the two countries.
The Deputy Prime Minister also received the outgoing Turkish Ambassador Dr Ayse Hilal Sayan Koytak.
Shaikh Khalid highlighted the historical Bahrain-Türkiye ties and bilateral co-operation across various sectors, expressing appreciation for the ambassador’s efforts during her tenure to strengthen bilateral ties.
He also met outgoing Nepalese Ambassador Tirtha Raj Wagle.
The Deputy Prime Minister commended the strong bilateral relations between the two countries and their continued growth and development across various fields.
