I visited outgoing Indian Ambassador Vinod K Jacob at his office and conveyed my sincere thanks and appreciation for his meritorious service to the Indian diaspora during his three-year tenure in Bahrain.
Ambassador Jacob left yesterday for New Delhi, where he is expected to take charge of the Oceania Division of the External Affairs Ministry.
I wish him every success in his new assignment and look forward to his continued contributions to India’s diplomatic service.
