Bahrain could use artificial intelligence (AI) to identify job vacancies, assess employers’ requirements and match qualified citizens to suitable positions under a proposal set to be debated in Parliament.
MPs believe the initiative would strengthen Bahrainisation, reduce unemployment and help authorities make better-informed decisions on recruitment, training and the employment of expatriates .
