Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky yesterday confirmed that trilateral talks between Ukraine, the US, and Russia are expected to take place in the UAE in November.
Speaking during a Ukrainian television interview, Zelensky confirmed his willingness to proceed with negotiations.
"If it’s a territorial issue, it must be addressed at a leadership level," Zelensky stated.
"All this can therefore be discussed in November," Zelensky concluded.
