A Syrian man in Kuwait has been sentenced to two years in prison after threatening to blackmail his wife with photographs and videos accessed without authorisation.
The Court of Cassation has upheld the two-year prison sentence initially imposed on him.
Court details revealed that the man illegally accessed his wife's social media accounts and demanded KD20,000 (approx. BD24,240) from her.
