As part of ongoing government efforts to improve service quality and re-engineer services, the Interior Ministry’s Criminal Information Directorate has enhanced its Fingerprint Card Certificate issuance service to simplify procedures, enable applicants to complete transactions and obtain certificates more easily, and improve the efficiency of electronic service delivery.
