The Industry and Commerce Ministry has signed a letter of intent with AMG Middle East to establish a base metal concentration plant in the kingdom for extracting vanadium concentrate from refinery residues.
The agreement was signed on the sidelines of Gateway Gulf 2026 by Industry and Commerce Minister Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro and AMG Critical Materials head of Middle East Meher Doghri .
