Industry and Commerce Ministry has signed a letter of intent with India-based PG Foils to establish a downstream aluminium manufacturing facility focused on electric vehicle (EV) battery foil and pharmaceutical foil.
The agreement was signed on the sidelines of Gateway Gulf 2026 by Industry and Commerce Minister Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro and PG Foils joint managing director Sahil Shah .
