Eskan Bank has launched 140 investment opportunities to develop and adaptively reuse heritage properties across six ‘fereej’ neighbourhoods in Muharraq.
Unveiled during Gateway Gulf 2026 in co-ordination with the Bahrain Economic Development Board (Bahrain EDB), the first-phase initiative follows royal directives from His Majesty King Hamad and executive plans led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to preserve the kingdom’s historical identity and revitalise Muharraq .
