London-based Al Hayat newspaper today reappeared after halting publication for a few days due to some difficulties, according to Sabq.
Media sources in Lebanon and Egypt as well as social media had alleged that the iconic paper had been shut down.
Considered one of the leading daily pan-Arab newspapers, Al Hayat has a large readership among the Arab diaspora and liberal intellectuals.
It has offices in London, Paris, Washington, New York, Moscow, Riyadh, Jeddah, Beirut, Cairo, Baghdad, Dubai, Amman and Damascus, among other locations.
