Manama: Bin Hindi Informatics, the authorised distributor for Samsung in Bahrain, yesterday opened a new Samsung Customer Service Plaza at the Enaya Car Care Centre in Wadi Al Sail, West Riffa.
The plaza was inaugurated by Samsung Customer Service head Jaeho Lee and Samsung Gulf Electronics for Mobile director Justice Ahn, along with A A Bin Hindi Group vice-chairman and chief executive Ahmed Bin Hindi in the presence of top management and officials.
Spread over 350sqm, the new facility has four service and information counters and is equipped with the most modern test and repair equipment.
In addition to providing service, the centre will also sell a range of Samsung products.
“The centre redefines the standard of after-sales services in Bahrain as well as the region,” Mr Bin Hindi said.
