The Korean community in Bahrain celebrated Hangul Proclamation Day with a series of activities at King Sejong Institute, Al Ahlia University yesterday.
The event, which marked the invention of the Korean alphabet known as Hangul, featured a Korean-style make-up demonstration, Korean language quiz show and bibimbap (mixed rice with meat and assorted vegetables).
