Emirates has suspended flights to Hong Kong for two weeks following a directive from the Asian state, said a report.
The flight ban, effective from January 9, is applicable to travellers bound to Hong Kong. Exempt from the suspension are passengers departing from Hong Kong, said a report in Zawya.
The airline did not specify the reason for the suspension of flights. Last December, Hong Kong also imposed a flight suspension on Emirates. Hong Kong has implemented stricter rules on airlines to stem the spread of coronavirus.
