A MAN jailed for three months for taking nude videos and photos of himself on a beach and posting it on his social media account has lost his final appeal.
The 35-year-old expatriate was arrested after he stripped naked on Jarada Island in October last year.
He took pictures and videos of himself and posted them on his Instagram account, according to court documents.
The defendant was found guilty of public indecency, inciting debauchery and misusing telecommunication services, by the Lower Criminal Court in December last year.
He then lodged an appeal against his sentence at the High Criminal Appeals Court which was rejected in February.
A final appeal lodged at the Cassation Court was kicked out yesterday.
