MPs seeking to revive Bahrainisation probe
That does not mean Bahrain is against expatriates. It’s just important to put Bahrainis to work and it’s a right of those people who been seeking jobs for years.

There are still many creative ways to help Bahrainis out there than just replacing someone. Sure about that.

Bahrain government jobs are mostly occupied by naturalised citizens not original citizens. Poor qualified Bahrainis are still waiting.

This is another attempt at social crowding. We are not meant to live in skyscrapers. I would like to know how many people who live in flats have no issues with other tenants?

It wasn’t decent before? In my experience in the hospitality field, I have seen that simply-dressed bell boys will make more money than managers and directors make from that property, because tips have no limits and never been fully counted by the revenue department in specified property.
In my opinion, earnings of bell boys should benefit other departments as well, especially culinary, stewarding and gardening sections, where employees don’t have direct contact with guests. Hotel management should monitor ‘incomings’ of bell boys and pay them how much they deserve. Rest of the money must be shared with unseen workers in the hotel.
It will make good results and employees will perform their best for specified properties. An extra BD1 per day will make some changes in a low-wage worker’s daily routine. On the basis of salary, a well-educated manager stays beneath an average bell boy unless his earnings (tips from guests) are undocumented. It is really sad and needs to change.
