The winners of the BDF Chief of Staff tennis championship were honoured during a ceremony held yesterday.
BDF Chief of Staff Lieutenant-General Dheyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi patronised the event and honoured the technical committee and sponsors. He also congratulated the players on their performance.
The tournament which kicked off on December 20 concluded yesterday at the BDF tennis courts.
The team made up of Salman Sobhi Al Mannai and Abdulla Mohammed Sayyar won the cup, leaving the duo Mohammed Sobhi Al Mannai and Jalal Hussein Al Khateeb in the second place.
The duo of Dhafer Mohammed Kamal and Salem Hussein Al Dosary as well as Ateyatallah Youssef Al Saud and Shafqat Salim finished third and fourth respectively.
