Poultry prices surge due to demand
The pandemic was just an excuse to raise prices. Could not find any other way to do it except to blame it on the pandemic.

Nice one. Increase the prices first out of greed and then give the excuse of increase in logistics cost. This can be justified for imported items, but what about locally produced products like eggs and chicken and milk products? Which logistics costs apply to them making some shops increasing their prices after adding VAT?
