SRG Holding, one of the leading family-owned holding companies in UAE, has launched a new Dh700 million ($191 million) residential project, Marquise Square, at Business Bay in Dubai.
A striking 29-floor development, Marquise Square will boast of 384 apartments with impressive views of the world-famous Burj Khalifa Tower once the project gets completed in 2018.
Located on Burj Khalifa Street within the renowned Burj Khalifa District, Marquise Square is minutes away from some of the Middle East’s key business districts.
About 62 per cent of the building’s 384 apartments will be studios with prices starting from Dh895,000 ($243,600), said a statement from SRG Holding.
A leading player in the region, SRG Holding has extensive operations in property development and management, hospitality, wholesale trading, and investments.
The company has roped in top global developers and property operators Select Property Group as the exclusive sales agents for Marquise Square.
“We now feel that, after a period of stability over the past two to three months in the market, we are now reaching a point in time where we are about to see the next growth curve in Dubai,” remarked Adam Price, Select Property’s managing director for the Middle East.
“With Expo 2020 on the horizon, it’s a great time to be launching Marquise Square,” stated Price.
The project's strategic location will deliver the high rental yields of Downtown and the high capital appreciation of Business Bay for the investors.
Just seconds from the waterfront of Dubai Canal, Marquise Square is positioned at the very heart of Dubai’s exciting future and will feature a podium-level swimming pool, hitech gymnasium and cinema room.
"For us, it’s a very straight forward decision. We’ve always had unwavering and the utmost confidence in Dubai as a world-class location for investment and lifestyle. The market fundamentals here, we feel, are very strong," said the official.
"Even over the past two years, when prices have come off by 15-20 per cent, we have noticed an increase in the number of end-user and lifestyle buyers. We also feel that the government has played a very significant part in providing a much more regulated market which has led to more stability," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
