MORE than 3,000 young artists showcased their talent in a highly-anticipated inter-school art carnival, Aalekh’24, at the Indian School Bahrain’s (ISB) campus in Isa Town yesterday.
Students aged 12 to 18 came together for a group painting event, named ‘Harmony’, where different schools teamed up to create breathtaking acrylic paintings.
Adults also got to join in on the fun, as part of the Art Wall contest for artists above 18.
Prizes were distributed to participants at the Jashanmal Auditorium last night, with the event featuring cultural performances.
The event was attended by ISB chairman Binu Varughese, principal V R Palaniswamy and other officials.
