BUCHAREST - Romania's Supreme Defence Council will meet on Thursday to discuss possible risks to national security in the electoral process, the president's office said on Wednesday, after a shock result in the first round of a presidential ballot.
"On the meeting agenda is the analysis of possible risks to national security generated by the actions of state and non-state cyber parties on the digital infrastructure support for the electoral process," the president's office said in a statement.
