The primary healthcare centres continue to provide the necessary vaccines for Bahraini pilgrims, Bahrain Haj Mission’s medical committee head Dr Ibrahim Obeid told our sister paper Akhbar Al Khaleej.
He added that the meningococcal meningitis vaccine is mandatory, and also recommended receiving the Covid-19 and the seasonal influenza vaccines as a precautionary measure.
