The General Directorate of Traffic has stepped up its efforts to enforce regulations on the use of electric scooters, emphasising that they must not be used on main roads, vehicle lanes, or road shoulders, as doing so poses serious risks to riders, other road users, and disrupts the overall flow of traffic.
