Legal Affairs Minister and Acting Labour Minister Yousif Khalaf opened the 17th Annual Human Resources Management (HRM) Summit Award organised by Roshcomm, in the presence of Roshcomm’s chief executive officer M A Sridhar.
The event brought together more than 200 administrative leaders, training officials, and human resources professionals from Bahrain and abroad.
The minister said that such specialised conferences provide a key platform for exchanging expertise and discussing the latest developments in human resources management. He underlined Bahrain’s commitment to investing in the development of national talent and enhancing institutional capabilities to achieve sustainable development goals.
The minister honoured supporting entities, participating companies, speakers, and distinguished individuals and institutions recognised for their outstanding initiatives and leadership in human resources management across the public and private sectors in the region.
Mr Sridhar highlighted the importance of the annual conference in supporting and advancing the human resources sector, commending the Labour Ministry’s active role in contributing to its success.
He noted that the participation of leading regional and international experts enriches the exchange of knowledge and experience, supporting human capital development and consolidating Bahrain’s position in human resources advancement.
The conference included three specialised workshops presented by HR experts from various countries, showcasing innovative initiatives in human resources management and highlighting global best practices in training and institutional capacity building.
