His Majesty King Hamad received a cable of congratulations from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the fourth session of the sixth legislative term of the Shura Council and Parliament.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister praised His Majesty’s address, highlighting that it incorporated parameters that define the upcoming phase of the comprehensive development process under His Majesty’s leadership to achieve greater prosperity for the kingdom and its citizens.
HRH Prince Salman pledged commitment to continue implementing His Majesty’s directives, which form the foundation of all national plans and programmes, and continue to drive progress and achievement.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister emphasised that the government will assume its full responsibility in prioritising the implementation of His Majesty’s orders.
He indicated that ministries and entities concerned will be assigned to prioritise the focus on the national identity and the values and principles it represents, advancing scientific and knowledge-based progress as a foundation for industrial and productive diversification, and reinforcing economic growth by reducing dependence on traditional resources.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister also highlighted the importance of building on Bahrain’s strong industrial base and modern services environment, stressing the need to leverage technological advancement and make optimal use of artificial intelligence applications.
He expressed appreciation for His Majesty’s praise of the government’s efforts and the King’s continued support for all national endeavours across civilian and military sectors.
He noted that His Majesty’s encouragement serves as a renewed motivation for Team Bahrain to continue its dedicated work, enhance the kingdom’s position in regional and international arenas, and further reinforce Bahrain’s standing in line with His Majesty’s vision.
In response to HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s cable, His Majesty expressed appreciation for his dedication and steadfast support for the kingdom’s reform approach and national principles.
His Majesty underscored his pride in the continued national efforts to advance comprehensive development and achieve greater progress and prosperity for the Bahraini people and the kingdom.

His Majesty also received a cable of congratulations from Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of His Majesty and Supreme Council for Women (SCW) president, on the inauguration the fourth session of the sixth Legislative Term of the Shura Council and Parliament.
HRH Princess Sabeeka praised His Majesty’s speech, which emphasised the principles and values underpinning the National Action Charter and the notable achievements that have followed, most notably the restoration of political rights for Bahraini women.
HRH Princess Sabeeka highlighted that the progress and achievements of Bahraini women under the leadership of His Majesty are a source of pride for all Bahraini women.
She said this demonstrated royal support and recognition of women as essential partners in the kingdom’s development and pillars of sustainable development.
HRH Princess Sabeeka also expressed pride in the accomplishments of Bahraini women across various sectors and platforms, attributing these successes to His Majesty’s vision and guidance.
She emphasised the ongoing commitment to the implementation of His Majesty’s directives to deliver further achievements and ensure the sustainability of women’s achievements in all areas.
Foreign Minister and National Human Rights Committee chairman Dr Abdullatif Al Zayani praised His Majesty’s speech.
He said it presented a comprehensive vision to sustain Bahrain’s developmental, civilisational, and diplomatic achievements, and to enhance the kingdom’s standing as a destination of goodwill, tolerance, peace, innovation, and leadership.
The minister noted that the speech set national priorities focused on institutional integration and constructive co-operation between the legislative and executive authorities, under the direct supervision of HRH Prince Salman, based on the constitution and the National Action Charter, aiming for Bahrain’s prosperity and advancement.
He highlighted that the speech placed Bahraini citizens at the centre of comprehensive development as the country’s true wealth.
He praised HRH Prince Salman’s initiative to create more job opportunities through co-operation between the government and private sectors, and the strengthening of the legislative and oversight roles of both Shura Council and Parliament.

Information Minister Dr Ramzan Al Nuaimi praised His Majesty’s speech represented a framework for advancing the national media landscape, in line with rapid digital developments while reinforcing freedom of opinion and expression.
The minister emphasised that His Majesty’s address represents a comprehensive national roadmap, reflecting the King’s aspirations for a more prosperous future and underscoring confidence in Bahraini citizens as the cornerstone of development and the foundation of the kingdom’s progress.
He added that the speech outlined clear measures to consolidate national values, reinforce the principles of consultation and popular participation, and advance development across various sectors.
Dr Al Nuaimi also commended the speech’s recognition of the active role of the legislative authority and the direct support it receives from HRH Prince Salman, noting that this integration between the executive and legislative authorities exemplifies Bahrain’s distinguished model of joint national action to achieve citizen’s aspirations and enhance national achievements.
