Following the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), yesterday announced it will be accepting submissions for the seventh edition of the Government Innovation Competition, ‘Fikra’, which will run until December 3.
‘Fikra’ aims to enhance creativity within the kingdom’s national workforce and improve government workstreams aligned with the comprehensive development, led by His Majesty King Hamad.
Public sector employees and government enterprises may submit their ideas individually or in groups (with a maximum of four individuals per group) through the PMO’s website at www.pmo.gov.bh Ideas should focus on the ways that government services can be developed to improve their efficiency and performance.
All submissions will undergo a preliminary review that will be conducted by the relevant members of the evaluation committee.
