India’s Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the launch of its much-anticipated CBSE Global Curriculum from April 2026, which will be implemented across all CBSE-affiliated schools in Bahrain and other countries.
The CBSE Global Curriculum aims to promote the CBSE as an internationally recognised board, similar to the Cambridge International (CI) and International Baccalaureate (IB) boards.
According to a Gulf News report, the announcement was made at the First International and 31st Annual Conference of Sahodaya School Complexes, which began in Dubai on Monday.
The conference was attended by senior regulators and officials from several GCC Ministries of Education, including Bahrain.
