Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court and Chairman of the High Committee of the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club (REHC), today met with Hiroshi Ito, the Counselor at the Japan Racing Association.
