Prime Minister’s Court Minister and Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club (REHC) High Committee chairman Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa yesterday met Hiroshi Ito, counsellor at the Japan Racing Association.
Shaikh Isa said that the Bahrain-Japan strategic partnership continues to advance in line with the unwavering support of His Majesty King Hamad.
He noted that the recent visit of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to Japan represented a significant milestone in Bahraini-Japanese relations, further enhancing the partnership across various fields, including the equestrian and horse racing sectors.
For his part, Hiroshi Ito commended Bahrain’s notable progress in organising horseracing events.
