BASKETBALL – THE official opening of the Manama Final on the Fiba 3x3 World Tour 2025 was held last night.
In attendance for the inauguration were Bahrain Olympic Committee vice-president Shaikh Isa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Bahrain Basketball Association president Shaikh Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, General Sports Authority CEO Dr Abdulrahman Askar, Fiba 3x3 director Alex Sanchez, and other officials.
Shaikh Isa was presented with a token of appreciation from Fiba by Sanchez, while Shaikh Isa gave the Fiba 3x3 World Tour 2025’s Most Valuable Player award to Strahinja Stojacic from Serbian outfit Ub.
A parade of participating teams also took place as part of the colourful programme held in the inauguration.
