Heavy rains in Saudi Arabia formed natural lakes, alongside flowing streams and overflowing valleys, resulting in picturesque, water-filled scenes amidst the desert areas south of Rafha.
The Imam Turki Bin Abdullah Royal Reserve, the Kingdom's second-largest at over 91,500 square kilometres, received heavy rainfall yesterday, rejuvenating several streams and valleys. The rains filled meadows, causing valleys and streams to flow, indicating environmental vitality and renewal.
The reserve's diverse geography, with plateaus, plains, streams, and valleys, enhances its appeal as a responsive natural destination, attracting growing interest from visitors and nature enthusiasts.
