THE Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) has successfully renewed its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems certification, following the completion of an external audit conducted by the accredited certification body and its fulfilment of all international standard requirements.
The achievement underscores the authority’s commitment to applying the highest standards of quality and efficiency across its institutional operations and service delivery.
LMRA chief executive officer Nibras Talib affirmed that the renewal of the certification reflects the authority’s dedication to continuously enhancing institutional performance in line with international best practices and standards.
He noted that quality remains a fundamental pillar in improving operational efficiency and strengthening the reliability of services provided to beneficiaries.
He added that this accomplishment is the result of the sustained efforts of the authority’s various sectors to embed a culture of quality and continuous improvement, stressing the LMRA’s ongoing commitment to developing its processes and enhancing institutional readiness to ensure the sustainability of service excellence.
