A passports officer working at the King Fahad Causeway has been honoured for helping save the life of a citizen who suffered a sudden health emergency while driving.Interior Ministry Under-Secretary for Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa praised officer Abdulrahman Badr Al Saeed’s swift response and judgement as he honoured him yesterday .
