Saraya Real Estate Company has formally delivered the first batch of housing units under the ‘Al Wadi’ project in the Buhair area of the Southern Governorate to beneficiaries.
The delivery ceremony was attended by Housing and Urban Planning Minister Amna Al Romaihi; Saraya Real Estate Company and Smart Skyline chairman Saud Kanoo; Urban Planning and Development Authority CEO Ahmed Abdulaziz Al Khayat; Housing and Urban Planning Ministry’s Under-Secretary Fatima Al Mannai; Housing Bank director general Abdulla Talib; along with a number of officials from the ministry and the company.
Units from the first phase of the project were presented to beneficiaries following the completion of all construction and infrastructure works in line with approved technical and engineering standards.
