His Majesty King Hamad returned to Bahrain yesterday following an official visit to France at the invitation of President Emmanuel Macron.
During the visit, His Majesty held talks with President Macron and attended the signing of a joint defence co-operation agreement between Bahrain and France.
The King was received on arrival by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, along with senior royal family members, several officials and the French ambassador.
