His Majesty King Hamad issued a decree reorganising the Finance and National Economy Ministry as follows:
The Finance and National Economy Minister will oversee Public Debt Management Office, Future Generation Reserve Fund Council, Audit and Communication Directorate, Assistant Under-Secretary for Co-ordination and Follow-up and Under-Secretary for Financial Affairs.
Decree (17) of 2021 reorganising the Finance and National Economy Ministry is hereby repealed.
His Majesty issued another decree reorganising the Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Ministry as follows.
The Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Minister of, under whom the following shall operate:
Assistant Under-Secretary for Expropriation and Municipal Councils Affairs, Under-Secretary for Agriculture and Animal Resources Affairs, and Under-Secretary for Municipalities Affairs.
Decree (15) of 2023 reorganising the Municipalities Affairs Ministry of and Agriculture is hereby repealed.
His Majesty issued another decree reorganising the Transportation and Telecommunications Ministry as follows:
Transportation and Telecommunications Minister under whom operate: Communication and Marketing Directorate, Assistant Under-Secretary for Telecommunications, Assistant Under-Secretary for Resources and Information, Under-Secretary for Land Transport and Post, Under-Secretary for Civil Aviation Affairs and Under-Secretary for Ports and Maritime Navigation Affairs.
Decree (95) of 2019 reorganising the Transportation and Telecommunications Ministry is hereby repealed.
His Majesty issued another decree reorganising the Civil Service Bureau, based on a proposal by the Prime Minister and following the approval of the Cabinet.
According to Article (1), the Civil Service Bureau shall be reorganised as follows:
The President of the Civil Service Bureau will oversee Compliance and Professional Conduct Directorate.
Director General of Institutional Services will oversee Human and Financial Resources Directorate, Human Resources Systems Development Directorate.
Director General of Shared Human Resources Services will oversee Shared Human Resources Services Operations Directorate and Shared Human Resources Services Control Directorate.
Director General of Organisation and Workforce Planning will oversee Organisation and Administrative Engineering Directorate, Workforce Planning and Budgeting Directorate and Job Evaluation Directorate.
Director General of Human Resources Affairs will oversee Recruitment and Transfer Directorate, Performance Management Directorate and Talent Development Directorate.
Director General of Institutional Efficiency will oversee Institutional Performance Directorate and Institutional Excellence Directorate.
Director General of Strategies and Policies will oversee Strategic Planning and Research Directorate, Policies and Regulations Affairs Directorate and Wages and Employment Benefits Directorate.
Decree (49) of 2012 reorganising the Civil Service Bureau is hereby repealed.
His Majesty ratified and issued Law (7) of 2026 amending certain provisions of Decree-Law (15) of 2021 regarding external auditors, following its approval by the Shura Council and Parliament.
His Majesty also ratified and issued Law (8) of 2026 amending certain provisions of Decree-Law (14) of 1973 regulating advertisements, following its approval by the Shura Council and Parliament.
