The Moon Sighting Committee has announced that tomorrow will be the first day of Eid Al Fitr.
The committee said, in a statement, it convened yesterday evening at the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (SCIA) for the sighting of the Shawwal crescent.
As no sightings were confirmed by the time the statement was issued, Ramadan will complete 30 days today, and Eid Al Fitr will begin tomorrow, it added.
The SCIA extended congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, members of the Royal Family, the people of Bahrain, and the Arab and Islamic nations on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr.
