Some airlines are taking undue advantage of the current situation, which should be stopped. They should show some courtesy to the passengers!
I had booked tickets in Air Arabia for my family and due to the existing situation in the Gulf, the airlines cancelled all the tickets.
At least they should refund the money immediately to the account from which the transaction was made.
I tried to contact the airline over phone, but got no response. I tried to do online chat and there’s no response. How can I claim the refund now?
I hope concerned authorities will look into this issue.
Also, since regular flights to India are still on hold, it would be better to introduce cruise or ship service to accommodate more passengers.
