The Yousif & Aysha Almoayyed Foundation recently completed its Ramadan 2026 Community Outreach Initiative by extending support to several charitable societies across Bahrain.
The foundation distributed NESTO Hypermarket giftcards through a network of partner organisations, including The Friendship Society for the Blind, the Bahrain Association for Intellectual Disability and Autism, the Bahrain Food Bank and various other local social welfare entities.
The support enabled beneficiaries and families in need to access and purchase essential food and household items, providing timely and meaningful support during the holy month.
The initiative was implemented in collaboration with societies across the kingdom to ensure effective and structured distribution, allowing assistance to reach beneficiaries efficiently and responsibly.
By providing gift cards, the foundation adopts an approach that promotes dignity and choice, enabling recipients to prioritise their individual household needs.
This model supports practical and meaningful assistance while strengthening community-based partnerships, says the charity.
Commenting on the initiative, the foundation highlighted that such programmes form part of its ‘ongoing commitment’ to sustainable community development and social responsibility.
Through its continued collaboration with trusted local organisations, it aims to create a positive and lasting impact within Bahrain.
The foundation remains committed to supporting initiatives that contribute to the welfare and wellbeing of communities across the kingdom.
