COMBAT SPORTS – THE Bahrain Combat Sports Council (BCSC) participated in a meeting held by the temporary committee of the House of Representatives, chaired by MP Mohammed Jassim Al Alawi, to discuss enhancing the efficiency of institutional performance in sports federations and clubs in the kingdom.
The council’s presence was in implementation of the directives of General Sports Authority vice-chairman and BCSC president Shaikh Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa.
The BCSC was represented by BCSC member and Bahrain Jiu-Jitsu Federation president Redha Monfaradi and BCSC secretary general Raji Abdulrahman.
The meeting brought together representatives of various sports federations, with the aim of discussing ways to develop institutional work and improve the administrative and technical systems, in order to contribute to achieving higher levels of efficiency and sustainability in the sports sector.
Monfaradi affirmed the BCSC’s keenness, under the leadership of Shaikh Salman, to engage positively with these initiatives, and stressed on the importance of unifying efforts amongst various sports entities to enhance the development process.
