Industry and Commerce Minister Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro yesterday received Philippine Ambassador Gines Jaime Ricardo Geliaga on the occasion of his appointment.
Mr Fakhro highlighted the importance of the strong bilateral relations between the two countries and their continued development across various domains, particularly in the industrial and commercial sectors, underscoring the commitment to further strengthen ties in support of mutual interests.
Ambassador Geliaga expressed appreciation to the minister, commending the co-operation between the two countries, and expressing his aspiration to further develop and expand bilateral economic partnership.
