His Majesty King Hamad held a telephone call with UAE President Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan yesterday.
His Majesty strongly condemned the Iranian terrorist attacks that targeted civilian sites and facilities in the UAE, describing them as a dangerous escalation that threatens regional security and stability and constitutes a flagrant violation of international law and the principles of good neighbourliness.
The King affirmed that the security of the UAE is an integral part of the security of Bahrain, reiterating Bahrain’s full solidarity with the UAE and its support for all measures taken to safeguard its sovereignty, security, stability, and national assets.
His Majesty also expressed sincere wishes for the swift recovery of those injured.
The call also reviewed the longstanding relations between the two countries, and the latest regional and international developments.
