Bahrain has welcomed the signing of a detainee exchange agreement in Amman, Jordan, between Yemeni parties, facilitated by the United Nations and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) with support from Jordan.
The Foreign Ministry, in a statement, said the agreement represents an important step towards alleviating humanitarian suffering and advancing efforts to reach a peaceful resolution to the crisis.
