A tree planting initiative aimed at raising environmental awareness and promoting sustainability was organised by Skal Bahrain Club 370 at the Gulf Hotel Bahrain.
Led by Skal Bahrain president Mohammed Bouzizi, the event was held as part of Asian Skal International Sustainability Day and ongoing efforts to support community-driven initiatives with a positive environmental impact.
Speaking during the event, Mr Bouzizi reaffirmed Skal Bahrain’s commitment to supporting responsible tourism and strengthening co-operation among stakeholders across the tourism and hospitality industries.
“Environmental sustainability is a shared responsibility,” he said.
“Through initiatives such as this, we seek to contribute to a greener future while encouraging greater awareness of the importance of preserving our natural environment.
“Skal Bahrain will continue to support programmes and activities that benefit the community, promote responsible tourism and contribute to environmental conservation.”
